Research released from The University of Tennessee’s Global Supply Chain Institute uncovers the evolution of EDI technology, B2B integration, including supply chain trends, issues and challenges expected in the digital era.

The survey of over 200 organizations from a wide range of industries asked respondents to weigh in on such issues as inventory visibility, supply chain costs, new ERP integration, responsiveness to customer demands, and more.
