Beauty and Wellness Company Breaks into Luxury Retail with DiCentral’s Cloud EDI Solution

June 15, 2020

HOUSTON – June 15, 2020 – Bikini Cleanse, a Los Angeles-based beauty and wellness company, has partnered with DiCentral, a global leader in supply chain automation, to comply with EDI requirements of major luxury retailers, such as Neiman Marcus and Saks Fifth Avenue. The resulting partnership has enabled Bikini Cleanse to streamline their shipping processes and achieve new levels of operational efficiency.

The fast-growing beauty and wellness brand was launched in 2015 by creative entrepreneur Nicole Pollard Bayme, who worked with scientists and nutritionists to create a mainstream detox program. As demand grew, the company recognized the value in implementing EDI to pursue new relationships with major retailers.

“We thoroughly compared a number of EDI solution providers; however, it became immediately obvious that the award-winning customer service at DiCentral is unmatched,” said Ari Bayme, chief operating officer at Bikini Cleanse.

DiCentral allows Bikini Cleanse to be efficient with their time and resources in the shipping process.  Automated shipping labels and tracking numbers generated by DiCentral’s EDI solution save the business time and resources by eliminating the need for manual implementation, while also allowing for greater visibility and efficiency.  Bikini Cleanse also plans to expand its utilization of additional DiCentral products, such as invoice automation.

“DiCentral enabled Bikini Cleanse to operate on the same playing field as larger suppliers doing millions of dollars in sales,” Bayme said. “It’s hard enough for small companies to get into retailers like Saks Fifth Avenue or Neiman Marcus, but with DiCentral we’re able to integrate just as well as our larger competitors from the retailer’s perspective.”

Although Bikini Cleanse is now enabled to compete with much larger, enterprise-level brands for a fraction of the same resources or capital of other wellness brands, the increased levels of efficiency and automation supplied by DiCentral allows the company’s journey to compete nationally with those other wellness brands .

“When smaller businesses like Bikini Cleanse are poised to take the leap to becoming major retail suppliers, DiCentral’s EDI solutions empower them with the efficiency and reliability expected by Fortune 100 retailers,” said Thuy Mai, president and CEO of DiCentral. “Our partnership with Bikini Cleanse underscores the DiCentral commitment to helping companies realize their plans for exponential growth through innovation and integration.”
