HOUSTON – August 8, 2017 DiCentral, a leading innovator in B2B integration and supply chain management solutions, today announced that it has expanded its leadership team with two new senior hires as part of a global effort to drive and scale growth: Chief Finance Officer (CFO) Jeff Fiesinger and Executive Vice President of Human Resources George Hall.
Fiesinger is a seasoned executive with extensive experience overseeing finance for high-growth companies. He most recently served as Vice President of Finance at SolArc, Inc. during its successful growth and acquisition by OpenLink. Prior to SolArc, he worked with EquaTerra, Inc., managing various capital and M&A transactions while doubling worldwide revenues. As CFO of DiCentral, he will be responsible for ensuring the financials of the organization continue to drive growth, capitalizing on the thriving worldwide demand for B2B supply chain solutions to support greater efficiency, financial governance and risk management across the spectrum of financial operations.
Hall comes to DiCentral with more than 25 years of experience in HR and technology. During his time at Marriott International and GXS/OpenText, he designed a global human resources strategic roadmap to encompass employee engagement, talent acquisition, talent management, executive and management compensation, employee benefits, wellness programs, and performance development initiatives. As Executive Vice President of Human Resources, he will be responsible for developing DiCentral’s strategic HR blueprint for talent management, organization capability, HR systems management and strengthening employee engagement.
"Jeff and George each carry impressive credentials and exemplary skills to our team, bringing years of expertise and strong strategic backgrounds to our thriving global company,” said Thuy Mai, president and CEO of DiCentral. “I’m confident that DiCentral is well positioned to meet our growth goals moving forward with our new additions.”
