The average scores of 115 professionals worldwide determined finalists during two months of first-round judging. Award placements were determined in final judging by members of seven specialized committees, and announced at the tenth annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service, recognized as the world's top customer service awards and sales awards. The winners were announced at the gala banquet at the Paris Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada on Friday, March 4, attended by more than 520 executives from around the world.
