DiCentral Partners with Small Skincare Company to Sell Products in Large, High-End Stores

Houston, Texas – September 21, 2021 DiCentral, a global B2Bi and API solutions provider, today announced that California-based StackedSkincare tapped DiCentral for its EDI solutions – enabling the skincare company to sell its products in Neiman Marcus and Sephora stores. StackedSkincare now uses DiCentral solutions for its transactional needs, including receiving purchase orders, sending invoices, and shipping product.

“We were considering DiCentral along with four of its solutions,” said Aidan Ryder, Vice President of Operations and Sales at StackedSkincare. “We spoke to many of our trading partners, including Neiman Marcus and Sephora, who highly recommended DiCentral, and decided it was our best bet.”

Citing the simplicity of use of DiCentral solutions, StackedSkincare only needs three of its employees to interact with its EDI process. Ryder also says that he appreciates always being able to reach out to a specialist at DiCentral on the phone for customer service, not just through email. In addition, DiCentral fulfilled his request to update its software so that the solutions would be compatible with the skincare company’s Mac environment.

“One main thing I love about DiCentral is how we’re able to push our invoices from the EDI system to our QuickBooks application so that our accounting side matches up with everything,” Ryder said. “We didn’t have to change our system. It just worked out naturally. It’s a really easy system now.”

DiCentral saves StackedSkincare money by eliminating the need to pay a dedicated accounting firm to process its books. Ryder said it also helps them save time, adding, “DiCentral’s customer service and account reps efficiently helped us throughout the rollout.”

Established in 2015 and created by tech exec-turned-celebrity aesthetician Kerry Benjamin, StackedSkincare is a small, female-owned business that brings the results of advanced in-office treatments like dermaplaning, micro needling, and chemical peels “to your bathroom counter.”

“Since we are small company, our internal processes are not the same as the large companies we work with, so DiCentral makes everything kind of universal,” Ryder said. “Showing we can comply with the big guys makes us more attractive to work with because we already have an EDI-compliant system set up.”

Ryder mentioned that one of its trading partners is very specific on how everything is processed – from how invoices are filled out to how packages are boxed and taped. He said that DiCentral has “always helped when shipping challenges arise.”
